This auction is for the world’s largest and most comprehensive David Robinson basketball card collection. This is a truly one of kind Master Collection, like none other. There is no other way to purchase or compile a collection like this today. Some of these cards haven’t been seen available in years.   This collection has taken over 15 years and thousands of hours to complete and includes nearly all David Robinson basketball cards made between 1987 and August 2008. It includes over 1,950 different David Robinson cards with some duplicates on jersey swatches and other game used pieces that are different colors. (Two hard to find autograph cards are also duplicated and noted in the list below.)   Among the over 1,950 David Robinson cards in this collection:   - Over 115 have Certified Autographs - Over 310 have Game Used Patch, Jersey, Uniform, Ball and/or Floor Pieces - Over 380 have Serial or Hand Numbering - Over 50 are listed in Beckett Guide but too rare to price - Over 200 rare cards are not catalogued by Beckett.   You’ll find 160 of the over 1,950 cards listed out below. Additionally, 245 cards from this collection were pulled out of their safety deposit box and photographed below. Cards are kept in a smoke-free, temperature-controlled environment and are Near-Mint/Mint condition or better.   As you know, David Robinson is one of the best centers to ever play professional basketball. In addition to being one of the most honorable players and role models in professional sports, “The Admiral” won two NBA championships with the San Antonio Spurs, an NBA MVP award and was selected as one of the Top 50 NBA Players of All Time.
